Andre Lazaro is the editor-in-chief and co-founder of 724 Care. Before founding the bureau in 2019, he spent close to a decade as a managing editor across regional business titles, learning what it takes to run a desk where every line is read twice before it ships. At 724 Care he owns editorial QA across the Journal, oversees operator vetting, and keeps the bureau honest about the difference between a working draft and a finished one. He writes most of the long-form pieces in the Outsourcing and Comparisons sections and edits the rest.
