Sofia Tantoco is the co-founder and operations director of 724 Care. She came up through a decade of BPO operations roles in Metro Manila — first as a team lead on a healthcare-revenue-cycle floor, then as ops director for a mid-sized staffing firm — before partnering with Andre to build 724 Care in 2019. Today she runs the bench: hiring, onboarding, payroll, attendance, and the day-to-day discipline that keeps US clients from feeling the seam. If a client ever escalates a staffing question, it lands on her desk.
